About Us

The firm was founded in the year 1987 with Mr. Harish H. Hegde as its sole proprietor and subsequently the firm has been reconstituted into a Partnership Firm. Our founder partner, CA. Harish H.Hegde qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987 and is a Fellow since 1994. He also has the added qualification of D.I.S.A ( Diploma in Information System Audit ) conducted by the I.C.A.I (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India).
He has also appeared for his C.I.S.A exams from U.S.A. and also has finished his MBA programme in Finance. CA. Dilbahadur T. Rai has qualified himself as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2019.
